Leslie is a fierce and well known voice in multiple Flagler County  community recovery groups.  In her retirement Leslie is a passionate recovery advocate and strong proponent of "second chances and removing the wall of stigma associated with SUD.  Leslie represents families in recovery.

Kim moved to Flagler Beach from Delaware in 2000. She served on the City of Flagler Beach Commission from March 2011 - March 2020.   "I am passionate about working with people with SUD and I hope to have a positive impact on their recovery. " Kim represents recovery allies.

kathy hassler


Kathy, a Florida native, was born and raised in Volusia County. She moved to Flagler and has been involved with recovery communities in Daytona and Flagler for over 30 years. Kathy represents lived recovery.

Angel is the CEO of ABM Counseling in Palm Coast. He is Clinical Social Worker and Masters Level Certified Addiction Professional and has been a tireless advocate in the recovery movement for the past 20 years. Angel represents lived recovery.
