Kim moved to Flagler Beach from Delaware in 2000. She served on the City of Flagler Beach Commission from March 2011 - March 2020. "I am passionate about working with people with SUD and I hope to have a positive impact on their recovery. " Kim represents recovery allies.

Kathy, a Florida native, was born and raised in Volusia County. She moved to Flagler and has been involved with recovery communities in Daytona and Flagler for over 30 years. Kathy represents lived recovery.
